Initial Meeting

In this phase, we meet our potential investee and hear about their business. We also set down our expectations and define the next steps.

Analysis

After we have signed the Non-Disclosure Agreement, we begin reviewing the information provided by the investee and conduct our own due diligence and valuations.

Review

We review our qualitative and quantitative analysis with our investee in multiple meetings to ensure that both the parties are aligned.

Term sheet

In this phase, we align our expectations and draft a contract that is agreed upon by both the parties

Agreement

We formally sign an agreement and begin our long-lasting relationship based on trust and performance.
