Avasar Equity Ltd, a private equity and venture capital fund manager licensed by Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), has announced closure of its more than Rs 4.50 billion inaugural fund, Avasar Equity Diversified Fund, which is Nepal’s first domestic private equity fund registered with SEBON under Specialised Investment Fund Regulation, 2019.
