Avasar Equity Limited, a Private Equity and Venture Capital Fund Manager licensed by Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), announced closure of its NPR 4.50+ Billion inaugural fund, Avasar Equity Diversified Fund (“the Fund”) which is Nepal’s first domestic Private Equity Fund registered with SEBON under the Specialized Investment Fund Regulation, 2019.
