Him Parbat Hydropower Limited (HPHL) is a hydropower project development company established with the objective of developing, building, and operating hydroelectric projects in Nepal. HPHL is currently developing two hydropower projects with a combined capacity of 25.5 MW in Sagu Khola of Dolakha district. Power generated from both projects will be evacuated through the operational NEA’s Singati Substation . The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between the company and Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) had been concluded on a take-or-pay basis for both projects. The extended RCOD for both projects is on 30 Chaitra 2081 B.S.
