Vision Energy and Power Limited

 

Vision Energy and Power Limited (VEPL)  is a hydropower project development company established with the objective of developing, building, and operating hydroelectric projects in Nepal. VEPL is currently developing Nupche Likhu Hydropower Project with an installed capacity of 57.5 MW in Nupche and Likhu Khola of Ramechhap District. The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between the Company and Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) had been concluded on a take-or-pay basis for the project. The project is expected to generate total energy approximately 381.74 GWh per year and power generated from the project will be evacuated through NEA’s Garjyang Substation. The Required Commercial Operation Date of the project is on 16 August 2025.
